Dr. Steven Zinn earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine, where he was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) National Dental Honor Society and earned an additional certification in dental education.

He completed his orthodontic residency at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where he received the Edgar and Betty Sweren Award for Excellence in Orthodontics. Dr. Zinn is a board-certified orthodontist through the American Board of Orthodontics, the highest level of certification in the specialty of orthodontics.

During his training, Dr. Zinn also contributed to the orthodontic literature with publications in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics (AJODO) and The Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Journal (CPCJ), reflecting his commitment to advancing evidence-based care and improving patient outcomes.

Dr. Zinn is passionate about creating healthy, confident smiles for patients of all ages while providing personalized, evidence-based care.

Originally from New York, Dr. Zinn remains a loyal fan of his favorite New York sports teams. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time on the water, whether kayaking or paddleboarding, and making lasting memories with his wife and children.
